How much does a wedding website cost in India?
A Vowframes wedding website costs ₹2,999, ₹5,999 or ₹9,999 as a one-time payment, depending on guest count, events, managers, gallery credits and time online. Start free, build the event structure and preview the designs before choosing a paid plan. Optional guest, event, domain, gallery and time add-ons cost extra.

The useful comparison is not the headline price alone. An Indian wedding can move from four functions and one person managing the site to a much larger schedule with several family members making updates. Choose from the numbers the wedding actually needs, then check whether an add-on or the next plan is the cleaner fit.
What does a wedding website cost in India?
Vowframes has three one-time website plans. Silver is ₹2,999 for up to 150 guests and four events. Gold is ₹5,999 for up to 350 guests and eight events. Platinum is ₹9,999 for up to 700 guests and fifteen events.
These are payments per wedding, not monthly subscriptions. The included online period is three months on Silver, six months on Gold and twelve months on Platinum. If the site needs to remain available longer, an extra three months costs ₹499.
Every plan includes the registry and access to the private AI Gallery. The difference is how much room the plan gives the wedding: guests, functions, managers, included gallery credits and time online.
Which plan fits your guest list and functions?
Count events before counting pages. A Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, ceremony and reception are five separate events even when they all appear under one wedding link. That already exceeds Silver's four-event allowance.
Silver suits a wedding within 150 guests, four events and one site manager. It includes 10 gallery credits. Gold raises those limits to 350 guests, eight events, two managers and 100 gallery credits. Platinum supports 700 guests, fifteen events, five managers and 200 gallery credits; it also includes a custom domain and priority setup help.
Use the invited list rather than a rough venue estimate. If the same 200 people attend every function, the guest count is 200, not 1,000 event attendances. The event allowance and the guest allowance answer different questions.
What is included before you pay?
You can create the wedding site, choose its link, preview the available designs and set up events before paying. That lets the family see the actual schedule and guest structure before deciding which limit applies.
The paid website plans include the registry, where UPI or bank details can be kept private to invited guests. Vowframes displays those details but does not process contributions. Each plan also includes AI Gallery access, guest and photographer uploads, selfie photo search and one shared credit balance across the wedding's events.
One uploaded photograph uses one gallery credit. The small included allowance is enough to test the workflow; a wedding expecting hundreds or thousands of photographs should budget for a separate credit pack.
When do add-ons change the total price?
An extra 100 guests costs ₹799 and an extra event costs ₹399 on any website plan. A custom domain setup costs ₹499 plus the registrar's charge on plans that do not already include a domain. An extra three months online costs ₹499.
Gallery packs are separate: 1,000 credits cost ₹1,999, 3,000 cost ₹4,999 and 7,500 cost ₹10,999. Because one photograph uses one credit, estimate from the photographer's likely delivery and any guest uploads rather than the number of people invited.
There is also a ₹16,499 done-for-you setup option covering the website, events, guest structure, RSVP flow, registry and initial gallery structure. Treat that as service work rather than another hosting tier.
What should you check before choosing a wedding website plan?
Write down five numbers: invited guests, functions, people who need management access, months the site should remain online and photographs likely to be uploaded. Compare all five with the plan, not only the largest one.
Then build the site during the free start. Add the real functions and ask the people managing the wedding to preview the design and flow. If the wedding sits just above one limit, compare the relevant add-on with moving up a plan; the next plan may also add managers, time and gallery credits that the family needs.
Prices and plan limits can change. The figures above were checked against Vowframes on 17 August 2026. Confirm the current pricing page before paying, especially if the wedding is months away.
